Price Guide

There are two major ways that carpet cleaning companies price their services. The first is by the item; the other is by measuring. An example of item pricing is "3 rooms for a $100" or "$29.95 per room". Item pricers are not interested in seeing the work up front, but merely want to schedule the appointment. This enables them to get their foot in the door. Once in your home, they may use several tecniques to increase the price. Sometimes the price doesn't include furniture moving or there is an addtional charge for pre-conditioning. Preconditioning is a fancy term for soap! This way of doing business is called "bait and switch". They "bait" you with a low price then "switch" to a higher one by selling additional services or products. Since they are pricing by the room or item they must compensate for time by rushing the job. These companies are focusing on increasing the "ticket price" rather than providing a quality service. We price by the square foot. We will come to your location, measure and provide you with a firm price. Since we are charging for each square foot cleaned, we can clean each square foot properly without rushing. Customers are often suprised at the amount of time we invest in each job. In the long run our service costs less. The results are better, more thorough, and longer lasting. You are getting what you pay for! Following is an outline of our pricing structure.

* Carpet cleaning: Residential $0.35- 0.60 per sq ft
* Commercial $0.10- 0.40 per sq ft
* Upholstery Cleaning $ 14.00- $20 per running foot (length)
* Tile Cleaning $0.50- $1.50 per sq ft

Final determination of price is based upon type of carpet, degree of soiling, and time needed to process the job. We encourage our customers to use this outline to measure and estimate cost.
